In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise. All defined terms apply to the 177bat platform in its entirety, including the website at https://177bat.onl, any associated mobile applications, and all services offered thereunder.

By registering an Account on the 177bat Platform, depositing funds, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support.

177bat reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

The following summarises the principal obligations and restrictions that apply to every 177bat User. Full detail for each area is set out in the clauses that follow.

To access the Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and that you will maintain its accuracy by updating your Account details promptly when any information changes.

177bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with standard industry practice. Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time 177bat considers it necessary, you may be required to provide identity documentation such as a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

All deposits credited to your 177bat Wallet are for the sole purpose of wagering on the Platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager, or using the Platform primarily as a fund transfer mechanism, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and withholding of funds.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 via mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed on the Platform at the time of request. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated and settled exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 177bat does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
• Transaction Fees: 177bat does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which 177bat accepts no responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: 177bat reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 177bat will pursue recovery of such amounts and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

From time to time, 177bat offers promotional incentives to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free bets, and tournament prizes. Each promotional offer is governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. The general bonus conditions set out in this clause apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports betting, slots, and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages. The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in its terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your Wallet without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Wallet at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may void the earlier bonus.
• Abuse of Promotions: 177bat reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or irregular wagering patterns is identified.
• Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus balance remains active in your Wallet, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Only your real-money balance at the time of withdrawal request is eligible for withdrawal.

The Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment, and we actively encourage all players to approach gaming as leisure rather than a source of income. 177bat provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account at no charge.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. A notification will be displayed when a session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Account is suspended and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-excluded accounts may not be reinstated for a minimum of 6 months.
• Age Verification: The 21+ age restriction is enforced at registration and at the withdrawal stage. Any indication that an Account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor will result in immediate suspension.

The 177bat brand name and logo are trademarks of the Platform operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission from 177bat. Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

The 177bat Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 177bat makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• 177bat shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the Platform or inability to access it, even if such loss was foreseeable.
• 177bat's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 177bat is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, device failures, or any other technical failures outside its direct control that may affect a User's ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction.
• Results of casino games and sports betting markets are final once confirmed. 177bat accepts no liability for decisions made by players based on incorrect assumptions about odds, game rules, or promotional terms.

177bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity has occurred or is suspected; (c) the Account holder is under 21 years of age; (d) the Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with the Platform's intended purpose; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the last-used qualifying payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived balances are not refundable upon Account closure.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days, and any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before closure is finalised.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a User and 177bat, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation by contacting the 177bat support team at [email protected]. 177bat aims to acknowledge dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 15 business days of receiving all relevant information.

177bat operates as an entertainment platform and does not make representations about compliance with any specific Bangladeshi gaming legislation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. By registering and using the Platform, Users confirm that they have satisfied themselves that accessing online gaming services is lawful under the laws applicable to them.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 177bat Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 177bat with respect to your use of the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: 177bat's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in respect of any future breach.
• Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. 177bat may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity without notice to you.
• Language: These Terms & Conditions are drafted and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
